Whether you are planning a small wedding abroad or a large wedding celebration, with a budget from £1000 to £100,000 we can ensure you will experience our award-winning planner service and have an unforgettable wedding day.

Confirm & book your Civil Ceremony at your chosen Townhall or Venue.

Communication at all time via emails and telephone.

Assist and advise on all the legal paperwork required by the marriage officer.

Check all your legal documents with the local municipality before you arrive.

Book and confirm any additional services you require.

Full Wedding Planning Service

Our full wedding planning & design service is created around your individual planning needs and is priced to the amount of guests that will be attending your wedding day. We will guide you through each step of your planning, offer advice, co-ordinate your entire day and be there until the end of your wedding night.

3 to 49 Guests €1195

50 to 99 Guests €1395

100 to 149 Guests €1595

149 to 199 Guests €1895

Planning Included:

Book your wedding day with your chosen venue and the local municipality or celebrant.

Arrange your schedule for you to visit your venue and meet the suppliers in person.

Communication at all time via emails and telephone.

Advise with budgeting

Assist and advise on all the legal paperwork required by the marriage officer.

Check all your legal documents with the local municipality before you arrive

Advice & book your essential suppliers - from the photographer, cake. flowers, entertainment, decoration, transport etc..

Assist with your table & seating plans.

When you arrive in Cyprus

Will meet with you before your wedding to run through all the finer details.

Arrange your appointment with the marriage officer for you to process the marriage application and take you to the appointment.

We will be on hand from the morning of your wedding day to assist and co ordinate to ensure everything is running smoothly

Layout any additional extras you may have brought with you.

Co ordinate with suppliers and venue staff

Dress your venue accordingly

Escort the Groom to the ceremony venue and greet your guests.

Escort the Bride and her bridal party to the Ceremony

Maintain the Wedding Schedule through out the day.

Ensure all Suppliers are on time and familiar with any special requests.

Manage and assist with any guests requests

Be present and on hand for the Cocktail reception, Dinner reception, Cake Cutting, Speeches, Sunset Photos and Bride & Grooms first dance.

Booking Terms & Conditions

 1. By booking our full planning service you agree to the services outlined above.

 2. Once we are in receipt of your signed booking form, we will register your names and date with your chosen venue and send you a confirmed booking form via email.

3. A small Non-Refundable deposit of €500 is required when booking to secure our services and will be deducted from your final balance.

 4. A Non-Refundable deposit may be required to secure your venue at the time of booking and will be listed in the booking form.  The deposit amount will be deducted from your final amount.

 5. The Final balance will be due to be paid 8 weeks before your wedding day; a reminder will be emailed to you.

 6. If the balance is not received by the due date, Best of Cyprus Weddings by Sasha Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking and terminate services provided.

 7. In the unlikely event you have to postpone your booking we will try where possible to make alternative arrangements for you; whereby changing your date with no additional charges.

8. All cancellations will need to be submitted in writing to bestofcypruswddings@outlook.com.

9. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of the correct Legal and Travel documents.

Venue Viewings

If you are yet to confirm and book our full planning service but require our services for you to visit and view a choice of venues. A small Non-Refundable deposit of €150 is required when booking and will be deducted from your final balance. A further €300 non-refundable deposit will be required when booking your wedding venue and our full planning service.

Pre & Post Events

We also offer pre & post event planning for your wedding party. We can advice on suitable party venues and offer our planning service for you. An event planning fee of €450 per event is required at point of booking to secure our services.
